Why are photos useful?
Photos allow the loading method, wheel dollies and suitable flatbed to be assessed in advance. This reduces delays and helps us confirm a more accurate price.
Location and vehicle
Send a live location from your phone or provide the street, direction of travel, nearest junction, exit or car-park number.
- Vehicle make, model and type: passenger car, SUV, van or EV.
- Weight, drivetrain and approximate ground clearance when known.
- Workshop, car park or other destination address.
Vehicle condition
Briefly describe the breakdown or damage. It is especially important to know whether every wheel turns and whether neutral can be selected.
- Send one full-vehicle photo and close-ups of damaged wheels.
- Report any locked, torn-off or missing wheel.
- Do not try to move a damaged vehicle before the tow-truck driver gives instructions.
